BEFORE AND AFTER CARE

In our Before and After Care program our main goal is partnering with parents to help their child be successful in school. We provide a homework club after school where students receive homework assistance, and our staff makes sure students are completing homework assignments daily.

We also offer various after school activities such as games, crafts, science, and sensory activities. Physical activity is also important to us which is why we provide daily opportunities for the children to play outside and/or have creative physical activities for them to participate in inside when the weather does not allow for outdoor play.

Winter break, spring break, and other school closings

When school is not in session, we provide camp programs for our school-age children during winter and spring breaks. Our camp programs consist of daily crafts, science and sensory activities, field trips, and special in- house shows. There is a different tuition rate and separate activity fee for these camps.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP

During drop-off time, the teacher and the parent will spend time exchanging any important information the teacher needs to know for the day.

During pick-up time, the teacher will share with the parent how the child’s day went, answer any questions, and ensure the parent has all the child’s belongings to take home for the day.

Daily communication with our parents is important to us and a key part of having positive parent-teacher relationships. We utilize the Pro-Care App to keep our parents updated on their child’s daily activities, mealtimes, nap times etc.
