Our Staff

At SFLC we understand the importance of what we do for our families. We take care of the most important thing in parents' entire lives! Therefore, we hold high expectations for our staff.

Staff Requirements

All staff receive a criminal background check and a sex offender central registry background check.
All staff are CPR and First Aide Trained
We also have several staff who are MAT Certified (Medication Administration Training)
All staff are mandated reporters
Staff are required to continue their education through completing at least 16 hours of new training each year.
